每一份抵达客户手中的产品，背后都有一条看不见的接力赛道。这条路没有聚光灯，却承载着严苛标准与无声坚守；没有喝彩声，却环环是责任。不同岗位的人一棒接一棒奔跑，不敢慢、不能错、不松懈，只为让每一份产品，都经得起国家最高标准的检验。

Behind every product that reaches the hands of customers, there lies an invisible relay track. This path lacks the spotlight, yet it bears the weight of stringent standards and silent perseverance; devoid of applause, it is filled with responsibility. People in different positions run hand in hand, not daring to slow down, not able to make mistakes, and not slackening their efforts, all in the pursuit of ensuring that every product can withstand the highest national standards.

第一棒：对接确认，一字千钧

The first step: confirmation of docking, a matter of utmost importance

我们产品的交付，始于营销部门和国际事业部与客户的精准对接并发起订单流程，订单信息经严格审批后，由技术、生产、品控多方联合核验生产指令。每一组参数、每一项标准、每一个配方要求，都必须零差错确认。在烟用香精香料的世界里，没有“差不多”，只有毫厘不差，这是对品质的最初坚守。这一棒，是起点，更是底线，容不得半点马虎。

The delivery of our products begins with the precise docking between the marketing department and the international business department with customers, initiating the order process. After the order information undergoes strict approval, it is jointly verified by technology, production, and quality control departments for production instructions. Every set of parameters, every standard, and every formula requirement must be confirmed with zero errors. In the world of tobacco flavors and fragrances, there is no "more or less", only exactness. This is the initial commitment to quality. This stick represents the starting point and also the bottom line, which allows no room for negligence.

第二棒：源头把控，寸步不让

Second pillar: Control at the source, never compromise

采购同事日夜奔波、多方比对，筛选出最优原料，电话不断、表格不停，只为把最安全、最稳定的原料请入厂区。原料到厂后，质检团队第一时间便迎上前去，取样、检测、留样、小试，理化指标、安全标准、香气一致性逐项核验，对标国家最高标准，不合格坚决拒之门外，一丝隐患都绝不放过。仓储同事驾驶叉车平稳作业、码放规整，为原料筑起安全港湾，日夜值守，不辞辛劳。这一棒，守的是源头，护的是根本。

Our procurement colleagues work tirelessly day and night, comparing and selecting the best raw materials from various sources. They are constantly on the phone and filling out forms, all in the pursuit of bringing the safest and most stable raw materials into our factory. Once the raw materials arrive, our quality inspection team immediately steps forward to take samples, conduct tests, retain samples, and perform small-scale trials. They meticulously verify each item, including physical and chemical indicators, safety standards, and aroma consistency, against the highest national standards. Any non-conforming materials are firmly rejected, and no hidden risks are overlooked. Our warehouse colleagues operate forklifts smoothly and neatly stack the materials, creating a safe haven for the raw materials. They are on duty day and night, working tirelessly. This team is guarding the source and protecting the foundation.

第三棒：研制品吸，千锤百炼

Third step: meticulously crafting and refining the product

车间灯火长明，生产同事一站便是整日，在机械轰鸣声中手不停、眼不眨，精准把控每一道工序，枯燥重复却从不懈怠。技术团队紧盯色泽、状态、香气，分毫不敢偏离；专业调香师反复品吸验证，依照国标细品香韵、协调度、稳定性，一次不达标就重新调试，一遍不合格就再次优化，口干舌燥、嗅觉疲惫依旧坚守。生产与品控双向把关、双签确认，无数次调试、无数次品吸，才换来一次“合格”。这一棒，拼的是匠心，耗的是心血，最枯燥也最辛苦。

The workshop is always brightly lit, and production colleagues stand there all day long, their hands never stopping and eyes never blinking amidst the roar of machinery, precisely controlling every process, never slackening despite the tedious repetition. The technical team closely monitors color, state, and aroma, not daring to deviate in the slightest; professional perfumers repeatedly taste and verify, carefully savoring the fragrance, harmony, and stability according to national standards. If it fails to meet the standards once, they will re-adjust it; if it fails again, they will optimize it again, persisting despite dry mouths and exhausted senses of smell. Production and quality control are checked and confirmed by both parties, with countless adjustments and tastings required to achieve "qualified" status. This process is a test of craftsmanship, consuming heart and soul, and is the most tedious and laborious.

第四棒：出库交付，万无一失

The fourth step: outbound delivery, ensuring absolute safety

发货前夕，生产与质检再次联合终审，标签、规格、数量、检测报告逐一核对，如履薄冰、如临深渊，确保每一份产品都符合国标、满足客户需求。物流同事风雨无阻装车发货，路途奔波、昼夜兼程，把匠心与期待一同送往目的地；营销人员跟进签收、财务准时开票、售后耐心回访，直到客户一句“满意”，这场漫长接力才算真正完成。这一棒，扛的是信任，交的是诚意。

On the eve of shipment, production and quality inspection teams conduct a final joint review, carefully verifying labels, specifications, quantities, and inspection reports one by one. They tread carefully, as if on thin ice or facing an abyss, to ensure that every product meets national standards and satisfies customer needs. Logistics colleagues load and ship the goods regardless of the weather, traveling day and night to deliver craftsmanship and expectations to their destination. Marketing personnel follow up on receipts, finance department issues invoices on time, and after-sales service provides patient follow-ups until customers say "satisfied". This long relay is truly completed only when the customer expresses satisfaction. This responsibility carries trust and demonstrates sincerity.
