On December 31, 2025, on the occasion of ringing in the New Year, Yunnan Sparking Science and Technology Co.,Ltd. held a grand meeting to summarize the work of the first half of the 2025-2026 fiscal year and to discuss the work plan for the second half. All colleagues gathered together to collectively review the footprints of past struggles and plan for a new chapter of future development in a summarizing and forward-looking manner.

会议在庄重而奋进的氛围中正式开始。各业务板块职能中心负责人系统汇报了上半年工作的推进情况、取得的阶段性成果与创新突破，同时也直面当前存在的挑战与不足，提出了切实可行的改进方向，展现出务实复盘、持续精进的团队风貌。

The meeting officially commenced in a solemn and vigorous atmosphere. The heads of various business and functional centers provided a systematic report on the progress of work in the first half of the year, the phased achievements and innovative breakthroughs they have achieved, while also addressing the existing challenges and shortcomings, proposing practical and feasible directions for improvement, demonstrating a pragmatic approach to review and a team ethos of continuous improvement.

公司副总裁谭悄然、李勤忠分别结合分管业务板块，对上半年运营情况进行了系统梳理与点评，强调在复杂环境中保持战略定力、强化协同执行的重要性，为下半年工作指明了整合资源、聚焦发力的路径。

Tan Qiaoran and Li Qinzhong, the Vice Presidents of the company, systematically reviewed and commented on the operational situation in the first half of the year in light of their respective areas of responsibility. They emphasized the importance of maintaining strategic focus and strengthening collaborative execution in a complex environment, and pointed out the path for integrating resources and focusing efforts for the work in the second half of the year.

In his speech, President Hu Xin further emphasized the crucial role of continuous reflection and summarization in team growth. He pointed out that the company has always adhered to the combination of technology-driven and market-oriented strategies, strengthened its foundation through innovation, and regarded safety and quality as its lifeline. In the future, the company will steadily open up new growth opportunities through product iteration and market expansion.

In his concluding remarks, Chairman Wang Tao pointed out that the company will continue to optimize internal collaboration and capital management, actively expand external resource support, deepen market insight and competitive analysis, and fully enhance operational efficiency and performance levels through improving systems and enhancing execution capabilities, in order to promote the company's steady and sustainable development.
